Would a 600W be able to power this build?

I currently have the Solidgear Basix 600W PSU and plan on using it on a build I've came up with, but I'm not sure if it is enough to power everything.

Case: RAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBG Black/Green Tower
CPU: AMD FX 6300 3.5GHZ
Mobo: MSI 970A-G43 AMD3+ ATX
RAM: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4 GB) (An additional 2 x 2 GB RAM sticks from Kingston from carry over)
GPU: MSI Radeon R7 260X

Give or take the age of the psu. They loose power after being older. My guess is yes that It SHOULD be sufficient. But cheating out on the power supply is the worst thing you can do. If it can't power everything it will start shorting out parts then your out more then just a power supply. Go to eBay and look for good deals on a 650w by corsair or something like it. Buy new not used. They do wear down.

The word is "lose" and if your post were true then my nine year old 620w PSU would be in negative numbers and not be able to run the dual 970's that it is running 24/7 folding.

@OP, that PSU should be able to run your rig with a single 970.
