would a amd fx 8350 be worth the upgrade

i currently have a amd fx 6300 oc to 4.3 ghz and use a evga gtx 780 sc acx for my graphics card. i asked recently if this would bottle neck it and everyone said no so i believed it. though i was wondering if it would be worth the money to go up to a amd fx 8350.

GTX 780 + FX8350 is a better pairing than the 6300.

You can also get a 8320 and overclock it, althought you can get better clocks with the 8350, but is like a $40 bucks difference.
