Question Would a CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 (2x8) kit be compatible with a CMK32GX4M2E3200C16 (2x16) kit?

I current have a corsair vengeance 16 gb (2x8) ram kit in my system and I'm planning to install some more. Since RAM prices are good right now I see a 32gb (2x16) kit (CMK32GX4M2E3200C16) available so I would have a total of 48gb in my system.

I see that the timings are different with the 32gb kit have a Tested Latency: 16-20-20-38 and the 16gb kit have a Tested Latency 16-18-18-36.

The SKU of the 16gb kit is

Is this a good pairing where the pros outweigh the cons?

In the future I would most likely sell the 16gb kit and upgrade to the 32gb kit when save more money but with both installed, would there be a big issue?

Even mixing 2 of the same kit isn't guaranteed to work without issues, RAM is best bought as a single matched kit. The only way to know is to try it.
