I am deciding to buy a Gigabyte Edition of Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB G1 Gaming so I want to ask that would my cpu which is Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.00GHz Bottleneck the Graphics Card? I have 8GB of DDR3 Ram and the CPU is not Overclocked.

Solution
I've got a Core 2 Quad 6600 overclocked at 3.2Ghz, and it bottlenecks a GTX660, so undoubtedly there will be a bottleneck at the CPU for a 1050Ti.

However, depending on what you want to do with your system, a bottleneck might not be very noticeable.

Thanks everyone for the support. Actually right now my budget is very low so I possibly can't buy a new motherboard and cpu with the GTX 1050 Ti so after al your support, I think that now I need not to buy new CPU and Motherboard.

So there would be a bottleneck, can anyone tell me that what would be the GPU Usage in playing High End Games like Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered?

Around 35-45 fps in any game with 1050TI Geforce G1 version ... 1920x1080 in ultra settings witcher 3, gta v, battlefield 1 etc ... big games with 40 fps is something good
