Would a EVGA GTX 1080 SC Bottleneck on my build ?

I realy want to upgrade my 970 but i found out some people are getting their Hardware bottlenecked by their other components...

CPU: I7 4770k
GPU: (the 1080)
RAM: 8GB vengeance ram
PSU: A pretty meh 700W
Motherboard:MSI Z87-G41
OS: Windows 7
