Basically, 1 month ago my GIgabyte GTX 750 Ti exploded in spectacular fashion which was due to the failure of the VRM's. I got a new GTX 750 Ti as a replacement and I'm wondering in the long term if my Enermax Revolution 87+ 850W PSU would be affected in anyway.

I wouldn't think the PSU should suffer from a graphics VRM failure especially since the card doesn't use direct PSU power. Of course you would need to ask "why did the graphics' VRM fail?" Was it the fault of the card or the fault of the power going through the PCIe lane. I will suggest looking over your motherboard's VRM to ensure it didn't also suffer. I'd think you're "good to go" if the motherboard didn't suffer.

It was connected via the 6 pin power connector but when I got the new card from warranty, it worked fine out of the box and it has been stable since. Yeah the motherboard wasn't burnt out at all.
