As the other poster said, the Gtx 1060 card should work fine with an I3 Intel cpu.
But if you could stretch to an I5 cpu things would be better.
That is if you wish to play games made in 2015 to 2016.
It is as EpIckFa1LJoN all down to the games you wish to play.
But at some point going into 2017 games and released, they may be more cpu dependent.
So the question is, do you upgrade the cpu now or wait.
If you decide to fit a higher end model or tier of graphics card say a GTX 1070 or GTX 1080. = I3 bottle neck.
Then I would buy a I5 cpu, and a motherboard with good overclocking features.
Or plan on doing it a few months down the line.
