Solution delaro Dec 23, 2016 No even the stock card will draw up to 120W that is a heavy push for a 240W. I wouldn't go anything lower than a 350W. Here is the 400W TFX upgrade. It's not as good in quality as the 240W unfortunately. 400W Power Supply Upgrade for Dell Optiplex 390 790 990 7GC81 6MVJH $45 http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/291616153876?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true TFX supplies above 350W are not easy to find as it isn't exactly a popular upgrade size. Here is the bare minimum but with a better warranty. SeaSonic SS-350TGM Retail 350W TFX12V $50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151115
