AMD x4 b97 CPU
8 Gb RAM
MOBO - 3047h AMD 785g Chipset
I want to upgrade to a GTX 750 Ti I was wondering if a GTX 750 Ti 2 Gb will work in my system.

Yea dude, totally. Only thing restricting you is you power suply. Considering GTX 750 Ti doesnt need any 6pin connectors, It will work.
Although I would suggest going for rx460 instead.
Much betetr performance and even lower price.
