would a gtx 970 be a noticeable upgrade over superclocked gtx 780?

Hi- just out of curiosity as I have the opportunity to upgrade, but only really if there would be some sort of visible improvement while gaming...

I've got a evga gtx 780 acx 2.0 superclocked, looking at getting a 970 superclocked instead. would there be any noticeable performance upgrade in my rig while gaming? or should I focus on a 980 instead? or just keep the 780....decisions, decisions!

I can't add a second 780 for sli due to the limits of my 750 watt power supply.

other system info:
i7-4790k
vengeance pro 16gb 2x8gb DDR3-2400
asus z97-a mobo

780 to 970 is barely an upgrade at all, keep the 780 imo

Im in the same boat, and I would just save up some more and go for the 980. i dont think the 970 would be very much of an upgrade.
