Would a high end Threadripper setup work with 5 fans?

So im currently at the point of buying parts for a new build and was wondering if 5 fans would work on a Threadripper cpu along with a 1080ti and 48gb of RAM?

48GB RAM would be an odd size for a Threadripper build. It might work, but may not be full quad channel. If you want all five fans powered by the motherboard, you need to look at the manual on-line to see how many fan headers it has.
