[SOLVED] Would a HP Z600 mobo work in any other HP case/power supply combo?

i have a Z600 mobo with 2 xeon x5670`s, the mob has a 18-pin main power, 6 pin memory power, and 8 pin cpu. I cant find any z600 parts for a good price, so would any other case/power supply work with the z600 mobo?

No they won't the PSU and BOARD and case are proprietary. Ebay usually has parts. for the 200\400\600.
