The site doesn't seem to say how tall coolers it supports, but the 212 Evo is 158mm, so you'll want a bit more than that. You could get a TX3 Evo instead, which is slightly cheaper, less effective, and it's smaller.
I measured and did the math, the outside width is about 7.25 inches and that converted to MM is 184mm. I am not sure if it motherboard would make a considerable difference or not.

Yes, it makes a huge difference.
I have an Antec One and a Hyper 212 PLUS (159mm).
Measured width on the case is 7.3" (186mm) on the outside, not including the side bulges.
Discounting the side panel bulge, there is a measured 3mm clearance for the cooler.
The depth of the cable space behind the motherboard tray is key here.
