Would a i7-4790K work well with a GTX 970?

Hey, planning on building a PC, would an i7-4790K bottleneck the GTX 970, or will it do well with it? Thanks!

It's powerful enough to do 4-way SLI... Except it doesn't have the PCIe lanes.

To the OP: That is the most powerful (non- extreme) gaming CPU you can buy. So yeah, you're good.
