Would a new power supply be required?

I am wondering if I can run this below the required power recommendations, as I have a 450 watt power supply, without any PCIE power plugs. I am planning to upgrade to a SAPPHIRE R7 265 Dual-X 2GB model but it has a required 500 watt power supply.

My specs :

i3 3220 CPU @ 3.30 GHz
12 GB RAM
No CD/Blu-Ray drives
2 HDDs
SAPPHIRE R7 265 Dual-X 2GB
Unknown motherboard (I got it from my uncle)

If I need a new power supply, can someone provide a cheap (Less than $50 preferably but can be up to $80 possibly). If needed I could provide a second power supply (350 watt)...

A R7 265 , needs a 450 watt power supply with one 6 pin PCIE power connection.

Upgrade to a model that has the required PCIE power connection.

This is 430w but has enough on the 12v+ rail to power your specs.
