would a PCI Express (PCIe) SATA III (6G) SSD Adapter make my samsung evo 250gb run faster? would there be any benifit of me getting this type of adapter? im just curious, becuase a friend of mine brought it up and im not sure if it would make my normal sata 3 ssd run faster.

no. you need to buy one that ssd that have pcie interface.
