Would A PCIe 3.0 SSD steal lanes from my video card?

I have this mobo, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132510
and a 4770k CPU

I think it says its 2 PCIe 3.0 x16 ports run in x16 or dual x8

So if I have one slot populated with a 3.0x16 video card (780ti), and the other with 3.0x4 SSD ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167359 ) Would it each run at full bandwidth(x16, x4)? or would it be something like (x12, x4)? or (x8, x8)?

Yes it will. ALL Intel chips that are NOT Xeons or i7 EE's (The ones that use the 2011 socket) All have either 16 or 20 PCIe lanes so yes it will take away unless you have a board that has a additional PCIe Lanes (Can't remember what the device is called they put on it to give you more lanes) which this board may just have but not sure.

Also the video card would then run down to x8 but honestly with PCIe Gen 3 your video card still can't use all the bandwidth even x8 has to offer.
