I am looking into buying a Radeon HD 6950 AX6950 because I can get one for cheaper than normal. I am wondering if it is compatible with the ASUS m11bb-bo7 pc. The specs:

Windows 8.1 x64bit
350 watt PSU,
amd a10 6700 APU
8gb DDR3 ram
ASUS f2a55-m Motherboard
Toshiba DTO1ACA100 1tb
as well as an aditional HDD I mounted, which is a Western Digital with 1tb storage aswell.

TL;DR: Is the GPU compatible and is the PSU sufficient?

If not please tell me which non expensive (but good enough to make a good performance increase) GPU will fit a 350 watt psu

Also I am not planning on Overclocking

Solution
The HD6950 needs a 500w PSU "500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended".

Honestly, I would recommend a Nvidia GTX 750ti. Or, you could also upgrade your PSU to meet the HD6950'd needs.
