[SOLVED] Would a PSU from 2018 be a bad idea?

I spotted this well recommended PSU (Corsair RMx 750) going down to £77.

However, this is the 2018 model, with the 2021 model being on sale. Would I be silly to get a PSU from 2018, even if it's a good one?

as long as it offers the wattage & connections you require then it is a good choice.

I have a 650 that I've had in a couple of rigs for 5-6 years now with no problems, if its a good quality PSU and hasn't been abused then its absolutely fine regardless of the year (within reason )
