Hi. I have been for a while now considering getting a desktop PC for gaming and have worked for a while now on a mid - higher tier build (below):

Do note I am trying to keep this build as close to £1000 as possible
I know thanks to this link (https://www.gpucheck.com/en-usd/gpu/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3050/intel-core-i3-12100/high) that I'd get around a 5fps - 6fps loss which isn't much however if I were to swap out for a 3060/3060ti it would increase the bottleneck however it would open up the option to get a GPU with more memory (12GB) for just around £100 more. Would this be worth it?
