Would a Ryzen 5 1600 at stock settings be fine to use with an RX 570 4gb?

I am planning an AMD build but wanted to save money by getting a cheap AMD B320 motherboard instead of a B350 or B450 board. I will go with 8gb of ram for now. I was thinking of using a Ryzen 3 1200 and RX 570 but I wanted to upgrade to a GTX 1070 or 1080 and was thinking of using a Ryzen 1600 because it is only £135 now vs £160 and AMD Ryzen B450 motherboards are twice the amount of the cheaper 320 alternative. I don't plan to overclock anyway so would the 1600 be fine at stock settings with a gtx 1080? Would I need to upgrade to a Ryzen 1700 or 2700? Many thanks in advance! This is just for 1080p for now but I eventually want to get either a 1440p or 4k monitor.

If you're happy with a straight 60fps then the ryzen 1600 at stock is fine.

I would absolutely 100% urge you to go with a B350 board minimum though.

I think the 1600 should be plenty fast enough for a 1080.

I'm running a 1080 on less with no problems.

For the sake of £15 or so the b350m Pro 4 is a way way better board.

Thanks people! I will get that Asrock A350 motherboard and the Ryzen 1600 and eventually a gtx 1080 and 1440p monitor. Happy days.
