Is my psu (corsair tx650) enough to power my tower

8 gb ddr4
2 120 ssd
2 1 tb hdd
6 fans (af120)

I have r7 260x right now and upgrading it to a r9 390 strix or msi

It depends how old it is. It was a decent unit a while back. I'm guessing yours is 6-7 years old or more. If so, I'd consider replacing it, since the 390 is a power hungry card and will work the PSU a lot harder than a 260X. Capacitor aging has most likely reduced its power output below 650 watts. An EVGA 650 G2 would work well with your build. If yours is only a couple years old then it should be fine. 650 watts is good for a typical system with a 390.
