would a z270i board be compatable with a z170 cpu

i want to go to an itx board due to space an i was wondering if this board https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus-rog-strix-z270i-gaming-intel-z270-socket-1151-ddr4-mini-itx-motherboard-mb-69d-as.html would be compatible with my 6700k, i dont know as they are different chip sets but both fit 115. thanks

All Z270 has backwards compatible with CPUs that used the Z170.

thanks bois (or gals) and i did look at the maximus one ninja but i just prefer the strix one and i found it for £150, just a tad more and it has RGB XD
