Would an AGP Radeon X850 Platinum or the X1650 Pro be compatible with my system?

I have a Dell Dimension 4600i with a Pentium 4 2.80ghz and am needing to add a graphics card for online gaming on a Quake engine and wanted some advice before I make a purchase. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm new to anything GPU, and was wondering if the info at this site is correct on their comparison of the two, and if the performance difference is significant enough to dictate a $20 -/+ price difference between them.
