Please provide full motherboard model name or a link. If I Google ASUS ROG atrix I get various motherboard models.

No idea what board you are talking about, but ONLY motherboards with the correct chipset for that 3rd Gen CPU will work with it. In general, you would want a Z77, H77 or Q77 chipset motherboard for use with that CPU. There are few other chipsets that will work with it too, but they may require BIOS updates and are even older than those chipsets.

Since ASUS did not have ANY Strix product lines back when the 3570 and it's same era chipsets were current gen, then it is not possible for any Strix motherboard to be compatible. Still, knowing the model of the motherboard would be helpful to determine for certain or to tell you what CPUs ARE compatible with that board.
