Would an several year old cheap desktop benefit from a new graphics card

I have a Acer Ax1430UD30P and am considering adding a budget graphics card. It has a AMD Dual Core E-450 1.65GHz APU and 4 gigs of ddr3 ram. I believe the power supply maxes out at 220 amps given the Would it work and if so would there be any significant improvement?

What are you using the computer for? If you utilize programs that don't benefit from a GPU, it won't do much good.....

Without upgrading your PSU (which would be difficult given the case the computer is in), you would be very limited in upgrade options. You could end up buying a $60-$100 PSU and a $50-$100 case, to add to the cost of the GPU.
