Would ASROCK H61M-DGS R2.0 work with GTX 960 FTW

Since the other motherboard wouldn't work with this card, I was wondering if this one would, here's the full name "ASROCK H61M-DGS R2.0 LGA1155 MATX Bulk", I was also wondering if it uses BIOS or UEFI as I've heard that that plays an important part too, I have the GTX 960 FTW 2GB edition. Thanks for any further help!

It should work just fine though pcie standard. Yes, you want to update bios to latest version.
