9500GT is weak, I have an old Core2Duo E4600 @ 2.4ghz, 2gb ddr2 and a 9600GSO 756mb and it runs on low to medium settings @ 1360 x 768 with 45fps.

your specs are good except for the GPU, you will run the game but you will suffer playing it in low settings
