So I currently have an FX6300 and 8GB of DDR3 RAM on some old Gigabyte motherboard.
GTX 960 2GB graphics card

If I upgrade to a Gigabyte B450M, Ryzen 5 2600 and 8GB DDR4 RAM would I get better performance on then likes of COD MW and CS:GO?
I cant afford new GPU atm so would these all fit together?
Would there be better alternative for a budget of around $200?

Yes, you will have better performance in general terms, and may push a few more FPS from your GPU too. But just to be clear, if you you want any substantial increase in FPS, then you need a new GPU.
