Would Gigabyte Radeon R7 260X 2GB be compatible with my old motherboard, and power supply

let me be little more exact, i have M4A87TD/USB3 as motherboard, and SST-ST50F-ES as power supply, would Gigabyte Radeon R7 260X OC 2GB (GV-R726XOC-2GD) be compatible with my motherboard and power supply?

if the SST-ST50F-ES is the 500w from silver stone you are more than fine. You can run that card on a 350w power supply with pci-e power connectors. The motherboard without a doubt is also compatible. The video card is also very short so even in a compact case you would be fine.
