a normal 1060 yes because it looks like an atx which 9/10 times would fit however can not say about radiator

I meant AIB model ; there's plenty of board manufacturers that attach custom cooling onto NVIDIA's card and sell it as their own. Some are bulky, bust most fit, like said above.
