would 'H110M-C DDR3' support G4560 (with DDR3 memory)

and plug in this CPU
G4560 https://ark.intel.com/products/97143/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G4560-3M-Cache-3_50-GHz

with 2 sticks of 1333MHz memory I already have. Would it work.

2) Would the same processor work with
H110M-C DDR4 version (with DDR4 memory)

You nee a 6th Generation Skylake CPU to flash the BIOS to use a 7th Generation Kaby Lake CPU. A Celeron G3900 would work for that purpose.

You could also contact Asus first about flashing the BIOS for you if you ship the motherboard to them.

How can i check whether my DDR 3 RAM sticks are DDR3L? Are they different in dimensions (like socket pins)

No they are just designed to run at 1.35v or less most ddr3 runs at 1.5v

Such info should be on memory's box. If you don't have it anymore, you will have to look at the sticks, check if there is any sticker on number on them, and google the number.
