1> both mobo and CPU support DDR3L memory. If your memory is DDR3L (and not DDR3), it will work (but see NOTE)

NOTE: however, the CPU is KabyLake, and both motherboards would need BIOS upgrade BEFORE that CPU could be used on them.

How can i check whether my DDR 3 RAM sticks are DDR3L? Are they different in dimensions (like socket pins)
 


Such info should be on memory's box. If you don't have it anymore, you will have to look at the sticks, check if there is any sticker on number on them, and google the number.
