1st you need an available PCI Express 2.0+ slot on your motherboard. Judging by this, you have one.

2nd you need to enough space to fit the graphics card into your case. Measuring from the PCI slot brackets to the front of the case, usually the hard drive bays, you need 12" to fit nearly any card. The 760 ranges from 9"-12".

3rd your power supply needs to be able to power your new graphics card. 500w+ is recommended for nearly all cards. Yours comes with three options: 300w, 460w, 600w. I dont know which one you have. You would have to upgrade if you had the 300w psu.
