Would I be ok to run the Radeon R7 265 with this power supply?

Im looking to upgrade by card, and Im debating between the GTX 750 ti and the R7 265. The only real thing the GTX 750 ti has over te R7 265 is raw clock speed and lower wattage consumption, and since I only have a 450 watt power supply, I was wondering if the 265 would work well with it. Thanks!

Full power consumption of the R7 265 is 253W, so if you aren't overclocking and you have a good power supply, you shouldn't have an issue.
