[SOLVED] Would I benefit from decreasing my monitor refresh rate?

Lately I've noticed that most my games are around 120 FPS (give or take), but my monitor is running at 165hz

I haven't noticed any tearing or stutters but I was wondering... should simply set my monitor refresh rate to 120hz?
