Sometime's i leave my computer on at night. I forget to turn it off or I have it doing something. Now a few days ago I woke up got on my pc and noticed some probelms while playing games it also seemed to be really quiet, then i noticed the 140mm fan on my single loop waterblock not working. I got scared and turned my pc off. I have 3 140mm fans infront of my case drawing air in would a night without my 140mm fan on my cpu damage my prcoessor? I have a I9900k.

Now I have ordered a new cpu fan for the single loop watercooler.

Have a coke, get your heartbeat rate down.
The cpu will not be damaged by overheating.
It will go into thermal shutdown and simply stop working while too hot.
Exactly as happens when overloaded by a demanding game.

Alright thats good to know, I ordered a new fan. It just freaked me out thats all. My cpu is a i9 9900k so 500 dollars would be lost if it got damaged lol
