Would i need a new PSU for these new parts?

I am going to upgrade to an ASRock 990FX Extreme4 AM3+ motherboard and an AMD FX-8350 cpu. Would my Corsair CX430M psu be able to sufficiently power my rig with those new parts? Rest of specs in signature below. What about with another 8gb stick of ram and a GTX 780?

definitely not. for all those parts you would need at least 600w especially if you are overclocking

What about the CORSAIR HX Series HX750 ? Would that handle a decent overclock of an 8350 to like maybe 4.5ghz+? I would also like some headroom just because i always like to have some breathing space for the future. Do any of you guys possibly have any other cheaper, but quality recommendations? Also, is it bad to have a psu too for the system wattage draw? Like if your rig uses up only 500 watts and you have a 750 or 1000 watt psu is it bad? I could imagine not since not all the power from the psu is being forced through the system, right, the system takes what it needs from the psu, right?:lol:

theres no problem with having a psu with more wattage than you need. and if you want to SLI in the future its better to get a 800w+ psu
