Would I need to buy a fan(or more) for a turboed 1050ti and a i5-8400?(stock cpu fan and thermal paste included)

So those are the components I plan to buy and my question is would I need to buy a fan or more.Would I see a spike in temperature or any kind of faster hardware degradation lets say over a span of 4 years because Im only relying on the stock cpu cooler and the thermal paste(which I plan to change once a year).I also plan to buy the Gigabyte H370-HD3 motherboard btw.

Ok but where would I put it in the case?
