Would I need to take apart my system if I was to move to dif location?

Hello, I am going to Indiana for the summer with my dad. I recently built new custom PC. I am driving down there too. Would any parts be damaged if I was to just unplug the system, put in car, and drive? Or do I not need to worry?

  CPU: I7-6800K
  MOBO: ASUS X99 A-II
  GPU: RX 460 SAPPHIRE 4GB
  RAM: CORSAIR 16G DDR4 2X8
  PSU: 750 W EVGA SUPERNOVA BRONZE

Should not be any problem, but just to be double safe, you could remove GPU for the transport.
