Hi soon i will buy a new laptop with these specs
GPU: RTX2060/2070(+300$)
CPU: I7 8750H
RAM: 8X2 DDR4 2666MHZ
SCREEN: 144hz 1080p
MOBO: HM370 express
SSD: 256gb m.2 sata XPG SX8200 pro 3500mb read /1200 write
HDD:1tb seagate 7200rpm
My question is that would i7 8750h CPU bottleneck the rtx 2070 if there is a possibilty of that happening i dont wanna pay extra 300$ for rtx and would go for the exactly same laptpp with rtx 2060 and 300$ less

i've same question. i think to buy "MSI GE75 8SF" but i7-8750H is confusing about bottleneck for RTX 2070
I have been researching lately and i think it will provably not because mobile rtx 2070 is as strong as desktop rtx 2060 and as i7 8750h is as strong as i7 6700k - i7 7700(non k) there wont be a bottlenecek . But to be sure today i will go to a shop and test the laptop i want to buy ( the one with 2070) stay tuned i will inform you

I need help. I bought the RTX 2070 version but I'm only getting 110 fps on Overwatch (high setting). I feel like the CPU is bottlenecking because it is on 90-100% while GPU is around 50%.

Wow that is some real issue there and i have 2 answer in my mind
1- check from power management if you have limited the gpu use
2- heat : if it is above 80c it throttles use throttlestop to overcome this issur
