Would installing Windows 7 on this custom built laptop be an issue?

I'm going to be buying a laptop and as I have a Windows 7 disc (and prefer Windows 7 to any of the newer ones), I thought I may as well save myself some money by buying a custom laptop that has no operating system installed.

The laptop I am customising: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/cosmosIV-15/

The options I have selected include:

CPU - Intel Core i5 Quad Core Processor 6300HQ
RAM - 8GB Kingston SODIMM DDR3 1600MHz (1x8GB)
HDD - 1TB SERIAL ATA II 2.5" (5400RPM)
DVD - 8x SATA DVD+R/RW/Dual Layer (+ 24x CD-RW)
Memory Card - Internal 9 in 1 Card rEADER
Sound Card - Intel 2 Channel HD Audio + Mic/Headphone Jack
Wireless Card - GIGABIT LAN & WIRELESS INTEL AC-8260 M.2

Now, on the PC Specialist website it asks you which OS you are planning to install. I select Windows 7 and it warns me "Unfortunately Microsoft® Windows 7 is no longer supported on this configuration. We cannot confirm that the drivers we provide will enable you to correctly install and configure all of the components that you are planning to order and therefore we do not recommend that you install Microsoft® Windows 7"

But surely all the components have Windows 7 drivers even if I have to find them myself? I mean I built a PC and installed Windows 7 on it with no problems, so I'm just wondering if anyone with more experience could say whether installing Windows 7 on the laptop is a bad idea for any reason?

I don't want to ask on the PC Specialist forums as obviously they will stick with their word that I should use a 'compatible' OS (Win8/10), I'd rather have someone give an honest opinion on the situation

Solution
Any computer can run and install Windows 7. There should be no problem at all. In fact most drivers are supported for windows 7 whereas windows 10 might not have all the drivers yet.
