Would it be safe to sell a Laptop with Movie Studio installed?

Note**I am not intending to perform Piracy..if I do, let me know.

So I'm selling my laptop to the "Dell Inspiron i7559-2512BLK" Laptop. And if I can, I'll sell mine with my current copy of Movie Studio 13 Platinum. But the thing is, will something go wrong with the software if we try to get on and use Movie Studio, will it kick one of us out if we both use it?
Also, could they gain access to my account if they really wanted to?

You cant use it on 2c machines unless your license allows it ...

If not , uninstall it before selling the notebook to use it elsewhere or just sell it to him for extra money..

If you both used it at the same time , They will ban you both and put the key in a black list banning it forever...
