Hello, I have a AMD FX 4300 and when I play games or watch streams on Twitch my CPU temps get to around 70 degrees which is bad, right?

So I am wondering if it would be a good idea to get an after market cooler?

Also could you recommend me some good ones. Looking for a maximum of £30.

70 Degrees when watching twitch? Yes that is bad, that is really bad. I have an Intel Stock Cooler and my Temps only go up to 41 when watching twitch, and when gaming the CPU only goes up to 51 - 54 degrees, i am planning on changing my Stock Cooler for a Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler, which is a very good CPU cooler for the price, and it is quite high up in the Tier list, i would recommend checking your air flow, and how many fans do you have in your PC?

Ok so my specs are:
CPU: AMD FX 4300.
GPU: Nvidia GTX 760.
RAM: 8GB.
PSU: 500W.

Yeah for some reason when watching Twitch it takes up a lot of CPU usage and it really bugs me. Right now sitting just replying to these replies it is about 25 degrees and silent but if I do anything like playing a game or watching Twitch it goes mental. I don't understand it. Just need some help.

1st thing I'd be checking is if your cooler is seated correctly, Then I'd reapply thermal paste. Worth checking the temps in BIOS too, I've had a couple of AMD chips that misreported their temp for some reason.
