Would it cool enough? i7-4790k + Zalman CNPS14x

I got the Zalman CNPS14x a while back when I bought my FX-8350, so I never tried to cool my 8350 with the stock cooler but I do know the CNPS14x cools really well with it. Now, I want to upgrade to the i7-4790k and I want to know, will it cool enough?

I currently get around 46-48c under 85-100% load with the cooler on my FX-8350 due to my jet engine fans in my case if that's any indication.

Seems that it's more than powerful enough to do the trick. So yes, it would be cool enough.
