Would like some advice on a Hackintosh project.

I've only learned about Hackintoshing recently, so I'm new to the specific hardware requirements and peculiarities of it, please bear that in mind.

My mother has been using a Macbook for the last several years and has been extremely pleased with it for the most part. However, it's been about four years so the laptop is coming to the end of its life and she's looking for a new computer. Rather than let her spend in excess of $2,000 on a Mac Mini with all the bells and whistles, I started looking into a Hackintosh.

I've roughed out a build with a stand-in case already, but I don't know exactly how compatible it is with MacOS, or if the system (though I'd be extremely surprised if it didn't) beats the performance supplied by the top-tier mac mini, the specs for which I'll list below.

She mostly works in programs like the Office Suite and frequently multitasks with several programs/windows/browsers open at a time. She also, believe it or not, does some light gaming. The graphics card I chose is a little intense for her purposes, but until I get a better recommendation, I'll stick with it.

Any help or advice is welcome and highly appreciated.

Cheers,
Nick

P.s. I know that a Hackintosh is technically, and I stress technically, illegal, and there can be some issues with discussing it. If there is a forum rule forbidding it that I've overlooked or something, please let me know.

This website have everything you will need and for GPU i would suggest you to go with AMD graphics instead of nvidia because recently Apple have officially started to roll out the drivers for AMD GPUs (Mainly rx 4xx and 5xx series)
