So i Have a GA-P55-USB3, EVGA GTX 470, 8g DDR3, 1k Power Supply, Cooler Master 922 Case, Plus 2 Samsung monitors (Only one is used for Games other is used for Web, Chat programs,ect.

My question is, that I would like to upgrade to a better motherboard, Processor (i5 2500k) and a better Graphic Card.

But what would be best X67 or Z68? What Card would be an upgrade from the one I have now?

What CPU do you have? Your system is pretty good, not sure its worth it to upgrade to the 2500k. Pop an i5 750 or better in your current setup, OC it, and spend the extra $$$ on a great GPU. Assuming you need more gaming power.

Well I have the first Gen. i7 processor. Here the deal my GF is thinking about gaming along side of me but im not sure how much time she will actually do it. So im going with the notion that i will beef up my system and let her use my old stuff. So that is why im looking at all new upgrades. I was looking at:

GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 or ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe

then with graphics I was thinking:

GIGABYTE GV-N560OC-1GI GeForce GTX 560 Ti or GIGABYTE Super Overclock Series GV-N56GSO-1GI GeForce GTX 560

What do you guys think?

So like an i7 920 then? Or similar chip? I was going to say if you have anything like that, then don't worry about upgrading as SB won't provide any better gaming experience. BUT if you will basically have NO computer because your handing yours off to the wife then you should upgrade to SB. Z68 is usually the chipset of choice. Hard to suggest stuff without a budget.

Current Processor is an i7 860 2.8Ghz

Budget I would say no more than $1000 for mono, processor, GPU, New Case for GF, new powersupply for gf, I know I'm forgetting something but would also like to not go overboard also. Maybe something in the middle as far as good, better, and best.
