Each of the employees here at work just got a nice discretionary fund for buying item or items that would help do your job better, replace outdated equipment, tool, or whatever. I am looking for a really good headset that has wireless ability to last an entire 8-10 hour day of almost non-stop use.
I have been suggested to look at Plantronics and have a budget up to $500 just for this. Comfort and battery life are top priority.
Just for background, have been using some Skull Candy dimes for this. They don't last long enough so two cases of them are kept on hand/charger such that they can be rotated out about every 2-3 hours when runtime is out. The biggest issues with those are they fall out every time you bend over, and the audio is VERY bright on the caller end, like hear everything else going on in the room alongside the talk, so having good audio will be quite important as well.
I appreciate your suggestions.
