Would like some motherboard input Z97 chipset

I am building a new rig, to replace what was supposed to be an interim laptop after my old tower died, 4 years ago. Anyways here's what I have going for other parts:

I7 4790k (already purchased)
MSI GTX 970 Gaming
16GB(2x8gb) DDR3 2666 ram from Team
Samsung Evo 840 250GB (already purchased)
Corsair H80i (not sure on this yet, not an area i know much on)
somewhere between a 750 and 850 watt PSU depending on price.

I plan to push the CPU a bit hence the intent for the sealed liquid cooler

I know this site is high on the ASRock Z97-Extreme6, but it's a little over my price range.

Budget for mobo: $150 max

Both of those boards are full Z97 boards so they OC very well.

There is also the asrock extreme 4, its like the extreme 6, but without a m.2 slot, and is like $20 bucks cheaper. If you want to go lower, you'd have to sacrifice some overclocking potential and/or sli support.
