Budget Range: Would like to keep it under $800 before rebates but if it's after that would be ok

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, school use

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com or site like it. I can not get to a microcenter

Parts Preferences: I like the 560 ti but if you can find a card that can do about the same for less plz do post

Additional Comments: The build I have come up with fits my budget perfect but i'm not sure about the psu and I know the i5 2500k is better then the 2400 but I dont plan on overclocking at all.

You could get a 650W XFX Core pro after rebate for about the same price as the Corsair Builder in that one.
It is enough for the 560Ti and the CPU for sure. But then the Corsair builder is as well.

The mobo has one major downside, and that is that it doesn't have a USB3 header, since overclockability won't be an issue with i5 2400.
Choices to get it: Asrock P67 Extreme 4 Gen3 $149, MSI Z68A-GD55 Gen3 $169.99 ( $139.99 after rebate )

Case is good with good airflow USB3 frontpanel.
