Would MSI Z97-G43 bottle neck the 980ti and i7 4790 ?

I am a not as fit with pcs as I would like but I have been considering building a pc and was curious about "bottle necking" specifically with the MSI Z97-G43 Gaming USB 3.0. Would this motherboard bottle neck a 980ti and i7-4790 ?

no , motherboards can't bottleneck any part of the pc , unless it is a board from a very low quality brand
Your board and other parts won't see any bottleneck

Suggestion is to check for xeon 1231 v3 instead of that cpu , its basically an i7 4770 without integrated graphics at a cheaper price
